Cats Showing Off Their Unique Collection Of Homemade Fur Hats

When you have a cat in your life, you can’t help but be taken by how adorable they are. It just seems as if they have something fresh to offer each and every day. One moment, they may be ignoring you and acting as if you are nothing more than the person who puts out their food and the next moment, they are curled up on your lap and purring contentedly. They are there for us every day and although they may not quite be as happy-go-lucky as the dog in the family, they are a part of the family that we would never want to be without.

There is also something else that we appreciate about cats, it’s the fact that they have a lot of extra fur. Cats do tend to shed a lot and depending upon the type of cat you have, they may just shed an entire cat on a weekly basis. We tend to try to ignore it to the best of our ability, walking around with cat hair all over our clothing and putting up with the occasional cat hair in our coffee. Since there is so much shedding going on, you might as well make lemonade out of lemons and that is what Japanese photographer Ryo Yamazaki and his wife Hiromi did.

They had a lot of excess fur from their felines so they decided to get busy and do something with it. Rather than constantly trying to sweep it up and throw it away, they collected it for a while and then made it into some adorable hats. They even had their own cats posing with those hats, and it included everything from a Viking helmet to trump’s toupee. You can see the pictures below:
