It can be difficult to work in any type of job but sometimes, the most difficult part about any job is meeting with the public. It doesn’t matter if you only have to deal with them on rare occasions or if it is a daily part of your occupation, they can be the most frustrating part of being employed. Ask anyone who has ever worked in customer service and they will quickly tell you how bad it can be.
When you work in customer service, you have two different choices. You can either get frustrated over what people are doing and allow it to ruin your day or you can step back, separate yourself from the issue and laugh about it.
