There are many different themes you can consider for your wedding but at times, there is going to be nothing better than Disney. That was what Ty Junemann and Ashley Idema discovered after they got engaged at Sleeping Beauty’s Castle in Disneyland. They then decided to theme their wedding after Disney.
Ashley happens to be a DIY master, so she used her skills to create a centerpiece for each of the tables at the reception. The head table featured Sleeping Beauty’s Castle but each of the other tables was also inspired by a different Disney film. Those films included the Little Mermaid, Tangled and Cinderella.
The guests loved the entire ambience and even spent some of the evening wandering around to each individual table. The photographer even commented about how it was a great way to get the guests mingling during the reception.
With a little bit of creativity and some elbow grease, you can create the perfect wedding for you and your significant other. You can use this one as a guide, if you plan on using Disney or simply use it as inspiration.
