A Restaurant Owner Fired A Customer For Raging On An Autistic Employee

Not everything is as it seems, and sometimes, you just need to look under the surface before you speak your mind. The unfortunate reality is, however, that most people will simply fire off a mean word or two before they think about what they are doing.

When the owner of Little Italy Restaurante, P.J. Gialopsos, heard about one of her customers losing it on a delivery driver, it was just too much to handle. It went beyond a normal complaint and the man resorted to name calling.

As it turns out, the employee has autism. The customer wasn’t the first person who had an issue with him but when they learn that he is autistic, most will forgive and forget.

This particular customer not only kept raging over the issue, he resorted to name calling and accused the lad of being on drugs.

Many business owners would side with the customer. After all, “the customer is always right, aren’t they?” Not this employer. She did something that is going to make you stand up and cheer.
