A Psychopath is a person has certain characteristics, often very unlike the portrayal in the horror movies. These movies are of course meant to be in your face, and designed to scare, so they obviously emphasize the more violent tendencies of a psychopath.

These tendencies include having little or no inhibitions, antisocial behaviour, and not being able to feel any compassion or empathy towards others.
