It doesn’t matter who we are, we tend to love bears. I’m not talking about the stuffed teddy bears, although they are quite cute as well, I’m talking about actual bears such as black bears, grizzly bears and polar bears. People spend a lot of time, even when they are on vacation, looking for bears and when they see them, it really makes their day.
When we see a bear in the wild, we are likely to run in the other direction but according to some experts, bears are not as aggressive as many people feel they would be. It is only if we are encroaching on their space or if it is a mama bear that just happens to be with her cubs.
Food left around the campground is also an invitation for bears to come and explore to see if there’s anything good that was left for them. As you are about to see, it doesn’t matter if they are in the wild or not, bears have a very unique personality and at times, they are just too human.
