Here’s a video of a very adorable dog trying to make friends with a boy with Down syndrome in La Plata, Buenos Aires.
According to Ana, her son, Hernan was three years old when the video was taken. The gentle dog is Himalaya, a Labrador owned by Herman’s uncle.
The dog patiently offers himself to the boy for a play. Hernan shyly avoids him, but Himalaya continues to approach him gently.
At one point, the dog taps his paw on the boy’s shoulder, as if he’s saying, “It’s OK, my friend.”
