Tom Hanks may not have starred in the film, Wedding Crashers, but he sure does play the part well. In fact, there is one lucky couple who now has the most fantastic wedding pictures of all times, thanks to this talented actor and comedian surprising them at their photo shoot.
It happened when Elizabeth and Ryan, who are newlyweds, decided to have wedding photos taken in Central Park on September 24. As it turns out, Tom Hanks was in the park on that day and he strolled over to make it the best day possible for this fortunate couple.
The wedding photographer, Meg Miller, claimed that he just walked up to them unprovoked and shocked them all. It was an awesome moment for her to capture in pictures.
According to Miller, Hanks could not have been more friendly, polite and excited for the couple.
“I was happy we were in position and had the couple in good lighting for the big surprise,” Miller said. “I just kept thinking I shouldn’t stop clicking.”
Hanks even took a selfie with the couple and joked that he could perform their ceremony.
They declined his offer but you can imagine that these pictures are going to be hanging in their home somewhere.
Later, Hanks ended up posting this picture to twitter to congratulate the couple on their nuptials.
