There’s something special about the love that is felt between a father and a daughter. It is something that can last for a lifetime as well. At times, the father can even go above and beyond when it comes to caring for the daughter and this would include teaching her some of the lessons in life that will carry her through for many years.
That was the case with this father, named Noah, and his daughter Arianna. Noah takes her on dates once every month to help teach her a lesson about manners and having respect for others. When this hit social media, there was a considerable outpouring of appreciation for what he was doing.
In the post, she wrote, “My husband decided once a month he will take our little girl out on a ‘date’ where she gets all dressed up and gets taken out for cake and ice cream. Tonight was there [sic] first night doing it.”
Noah is getting a lot of quality time with his little girl but it is more than that, it is a learning opportunity.
“She will always know how she deserves to be treated because her dad sets such a high example.”
The post talks about the future dates that these two are going to have as well. It has gone viral.
“He helped her pick out a dress for her to wear, got a little purse ready for her, held the door open for her, and made her feel like a princess. She loved it was so happy when she got home.”
Arianna loves the dates too!
She gets to spend a considerable amount of time with her dad and eat ice cream and cake as well. Most of us would go on such a date if we had the opportunity to do so, even if we were adults. Arianna is excitedly waiting for the next time it happens.
Of course, Arianna is only four years old. Unbelievably, some people have complained about these dates but it is actually an excellent idea. These to go out and have a great time together, enjoying each other’s company and eating plenty of goodies. Even though it is called a “date” it doesn’t have the negative connotations attached to it.
Noah is not only setting an example for his daughter, he is also helping to set an example for the rest of us as well. Teaching a young girl manners and showing her how a gentleman is supposed to behave is something that she will carry with her for the rest of her life.
