When we are ready to make a purchase, most of us will turn on our computer or smart phone and point it in the direction of Craigslist. It is a wonderful place to find almost anything on sale, but it is important to pay attention to what you are getting as well.
As it turns out, the old saying “let the buyer beware” was not only true a century ago, it is true today as well. We all get burned at some point over false advertising but from time to time, we see something refreshing. That is why the interenet is going crazy over this one guy’s honest ad for a 200d Oldsmobile Olero. It is perhaps the funniest thing I have seen all week!
A twitter user spotted this ad and decided to post it for others to see. It had him dying laughing, and I’m sure it will have the same effect for you.
The ad has been retweeted tens of thousands of times. I guess honesty really is the best policy.
