A store employee decided to go beyond customer service. He tied a shoe of an elderly customer.
One ordinary grocery day, Keith Kiel of Ormond Beach, Florida was in a local Publix supermarket when he noticed a young man making a simple act of kindness to a complete stranger.
Keith saw a Publix employee named Gage Boucher tying a shoe of an old man, who later was known to have difficulties in bending to tie his shoe.
He took a photo of the unusual scene and posted it on Facebook, which immediately went viral.
