It was a perfectly normal day for Tyler Wilson until he saw a golden lab wandering the streets near his home. He thought the dog was lost, and he had actually seen him walking around in that area before a few weeks earlier. When the dog walked up to him at the gas station and sat down, he thought that the dog had been lost for a while.
Fortunately, the dog had an ID tag but it said something that Tyler was not expecting. It read, “My name is Dew. I am not lost. I like to roam. Tell me to go home.” After seeing the tag, he knew that the dog was okay. He petted him and hugged him. The dog was a little wet, but Tyler said it was well worth it.
It seems as if Dew is a local celebrity, known for walking around the town and greeting people. He always returns to the farm where he lives when he is finished. Dew loves to make friends, and he has a chip and a GPS tracker so that when he does get out, they can find him easily.
Tyler Wilson spotted a golden lab wandering near his home and he thought the dog needed help.
“I’ve seen the dog a couple weeks before around that area”
“So when he came up… and sat next to me, I was like ‘this dog has been lost for a while’”
He was relieved that the dog had an ID tag but what it said surprised him.
“My name is Dew. I am not lost. I like to roam. Tell me to go home”
“Once I saw it, we both looked at each other and I knew he was OK”
“I pet him and even hugged him”
It seems as if Dew is a local celebrity and he regularly walks around to greet people.
When he is done meeting people, he returns to his home at a nearby farm.
“Dew loves to make new friends… Fortunately, Dew is chipped and wears a GPS tracker”
“We always know where he is! He just likes to spread the love”
