One of the problems that many of us face as adults is not being able to sleep properly. Insomnia is an issue that can affect us at night as well as throughout the day. For some, it is a matter of not being able to fall asleep in the first place and for others, it is waking up in the middle of the night and staying awake. As you are about to see, not everybody has the same difficulties!
When we are all grown up, the sleeping problems typically start but when we are children, it seems as if we are able to sleep anywhere.
