It seems as if every time we turn around, there is a new iPhone being released. Many of us look forward to the newer features but for the iPhone 7 or 7 Plus, there was something missing. It was a headphone jack, due to the new, wireless headphones that were being offered by Apple.
Unfortunately, the trolls started showing up soon after and a new “secret hack” video went viral with over 10 million views. It shows you how you can easily create a new headphone jack on your iPhone. There’s only one problem.
It’s completely fake!
Although this video was made to be a joke, some people didn’t get it. Unfortunately, more than one person ended up trying this hack and drilled a hole into their new iPhone. The comments started mounting.
The fact that people are falling for it has made the video go even more viral. Other trolls have ended up showing up, offering their own suggestions that included putting the phone in warm water and microwaving it.
Is unsure how many people are falling for the video but it does appear as if more than one person has attempted to try it on their own phone.
The bottom line is, don’t try drilling into your iPhone. It is just going to break and then people will have a good time laughing about it.
