Below is a very heartwarming parody video of Pharrell Williams’ “Happy.”
The music video, titled “80-Odd Years of Happy,” features 60 residents and staff from Diana Isaac Retirement Village in Christchurch, New Zealand.
Alister Leckie, 79, a retired engineer, posed as Pharrell Williams. He said he did not hesitate to do the role, and that he truly enjoyed the experience.
The seniors want to show their grandchildren how happy they are despite their old age. They spent merely four days in preparation, but the result was wonderful.
Want to age gracefully? Stay happy.
