Ecuador has many stray dogs in the street and many people don’t care. But in the video below, one brave man risks his own life to save a dog.
As caught by CCTV in the streets of Guayaquil, a dog fell into a dirty water canal. Apparently, many passers-by saw the poor dog but they didn’t care.
Then, a man makes a bold move. He removed his shoes and slowly went down the steep slope. Some people threw a rope that the rescuer could hold unto. Finally, the dog was rescued.
