This Petronas Chinese New Year ad, titled “Old Folks” features four elderly mothers eating together in an informal gathering.
Three of them are sharing stories of their children, whom they haven’t talked with for a long time. One mother’s daughter is a lawyer, while her son is a successful businessman.
The second mother’s son is a well-known cardiologist, while the third mother’s daughter is an accountant. The fourth mother did not mention the job of his son, but says he will fetch her soon.
