San Diego Highwayman Paying it Forward

Thomas Weller, aka San Diego Highwayman has been paying it forward since 1966, two years after someone saved his life. He has helped more than 5,000 people since then.

Weller patrols the freeway in San Diego, California using his “Ghostbusters” vehicle and helps stranded motorists, for free.

After fixing their vehicles, the Good Samaritan gives them a card with the same message the stranger told him back in 1964.

“Assisting you has been my pleasure. I ask for no payment other than for you to pass on the favor by helping someone in distress that you may encounter.”

Hero for life!
