This Is The Fittest Grandma In The World And She Celebrated Her 80th Birthday

There are many people who may be interested in staying healthy, but some people surround their entire life with it. That is the case with Ernestine Shepard, a woman who is considered to be the fittest grandma in the world. In fact, she even holds the Guinness Book of World Records as the oldest female bodybuilder. Now she is celebrating her 80th birthday.

For the majority of her life, Ernestine was not an active person and she didn’t get her start until she was 56 years old. She started with her sister but shortly after, her sister had an aneurysm and died. After grieving for a while and staying out of the gym, Ernestine was encouraged to get back into it and she did so for her sister.
