At age 14, Zach was diagnosed with osteosarcoma, a rare but deadly form of bone cancer. In May 2012, doctors told him he may have only one more year to live.
But instead of hating life, he fought cancer with a smile. He inspired millions of people when he released his own song, “Clouds” in 2012.
Zach Sobiech passed away on May 20, 2013.
