There is something that seems to be rapidly disappearing from the world today. I’m not talking about a natural resource, I’m talking about something that many of us do naturally. The thing that is disappearing are good manners, and you may have picked up on this yourself. As a matter of fact, it seems as if the world is so self-absorbed by this time that most people don’t have the inclination or the ability to show those manners any longer.
At times, a lack of manners may display itself in simple ways, such as not holding the door open for somebody else or not saying thank you when somebody holds it open for you. At other times, however, it goes beyond a simple matter of rudeness and it becomes completely unacceptable.
Did you realize that many manners are closely associated with a specific part of the globe? You may find that people in your location do certain things naturally, but you may not see it when you travel outside of your area. This little test can tell you a lot about your manners and how they line up with the nationality they originate from.
