All of us are limited to a certain extent by the world around us. Not only do we need to be concerned about the physical laws, such a gravity, we also have rules imposed upon us by others in authority. At times, those rules are for our own good and at other times, they may just be a matter of personal opinion and are made to be broken. That is where these 20 individuals enter the picure.
When rules are made in the first-world area of the Earth, some people will be there to break the rules as soon as they are made. At times, they are doing so out of a rebellous spirit and at other times, it is just to get a laugh. Regardless of why they are doing it, they are known as anarchists, and the world is a rather interesting place because of their actions.
