There is an old saying that, looks can be deceiving, and we think this little dog is a perfect example of that saying in action. His name is Tucker, and he is a three-year-old mixed breed rescue dog. He is also extremely special.
Tucker may not look like many other dogs, but it is because of a disease that he had since birth.

Tucker was born with MPS VI, a disease that causes a number of medical problems, including deformities. That is why he looks a little different than many other dogs.
Perhaps the most unusual thing about Tucker is the fact that he looks like a bat when he smiles.
Tucker was rescued by a special young woman and he now lives with her in Los Angeles.
Tucker’s eyes are cloudy but he still has his vision, although it can be blurry at times. He wears goggles to protect his eyesight. He also has a problem with his front paws, so he can’t walk on them but he still gets around quite well.

Don’t try to tell Tucker that he’s different. He is totally happy and satisfied with his life, which includes plenty of love.
He even loves playing with other dogs

Being a special needs dog does not mean that he is going to accomplish less, he can accomplish anything he puts his mind to. Tucker comes up again struggles every day and overcomes them.
