Most of us tend to look at the aging process with a little bit of fear in our eyes. As we get older, we tend to degrade to a certain extent and it may be experienced both mentally and physically. What you need to keep in mind, however, is that age is really only a number and the axiom that “you are only as good as you feel” may be more of a true statement that most of us realize.
There is nothing we can do to change the fact that we are getting older. We therefore have a choice. We can either regret the age that is behind us or we can embrace life and make the most of what we have left. Be sure that you share this article with someone who is important to you. Let them know that they are somebody who matters.
