Some offenders fight back during their arrest… but not Paul Charles Dozsa.
A former chef and a chess champion, Dozsa was arrested for not paying his bills after eating at an expensive restaurant in Australia.
He was known for eating in one restaurant after another, then claiming that he has no money to pay for the food.
He was arrested in 1988 and passed away in 2003. But it is only recently that the video of his arrest has attracted the attention of many.
