Many of us fondly remember when we were children. We seem to go from one lovely day to the next, and we don’t have a care in the world. Then that day comes when you realize the world is not all rainbows and gumdrops.
For some children, that day comes when they discover their childhood heroes are not real people. For others, it is the reality of where their food really comes from. It could even be as simple as having a teacher that doesn’t seem to care for you.
In any case, once the innocence is gone, it is gone for good. What it leaves behind is what makes us who we are and at times, it comes out quite hilariously.
