Blue Wine Is the in Thing

It seems as if all of us have had wine at some time or another, and up until this point, there have been two primary choices. Red, or white. Although the question of whether to have red or white wine has been in existence for centuries, there is now another choice that is taking the world by storm.

It is no longer a choice of only red or white, now you have the choice of blue as well. This particular wine was made in an effort to enhance our drinking experience, and I would say it’s doing a fairly good job of accomplishing it.

Blue wine comes from a combination of both red and white grapes from vineyards across Spain. The blue tint comes from a combination of pigment found in the grape skin and indigo dye. It looks as if this is going to be a popular choice and I can’t wait to try it!
