If you happen to be in the area of Cottingham, East Yorkshire, England, you might just run into a very interesting man. His name is Ted Fullerton, and he is a 96 year old veteran of WWII.
When Ted went to get some lunch and a beer at a local pub, something rather interesting happened. He sat with the son of the owner, who is also a veteran and the two of them struck up a conversation. Ben Lopez, the man he was sitting with, noticed that Ted was wearing his medals.
As the conversation progressed, Ted got emotional. He felt that nobody cared about him any longer and he ended up breaking down in tears. Ben decided to do something for him.
Ben took to Facebook and posted a status so that people could let Ted know that he is still appreciated. As of now, the post has well over 140,000 shares!
