Robert Sijka is a photographer who is about to introduce you to a very unique type of cat, the Maine Coon cat. They are the largest domesticated breed of cats worldwide and are as close to the lynx as you are going to get. In fact, you wouldn’t want to get any closer to the real lynx, because you would have to worry about your well-being.
This photographer always knew that these cats were majestic and practically mystical beasts. He came up with a way to share his passion with the rest of us through his photography. In his words: “My passions are cats and photography, I do my best to combine these two things as good as possible.” He does a great job of combining his passions with these wonderful animals.
His passion came from a photo of Dolce Vita and De La Loo, arguably the most majestic black Maine Coon cats ever caught on film. Since he saw those photographs, he was absolutely hooked on this type of photography.
