This 4-Foot-Long Maine Coon Is The Largest Cat Alive

Although some cats can certainly be finicky when it comes to food, other cats absolutely love to eat. After all, just look at how much Garfield loves lasagna! There is one cat who lives in New York City, however, who really goes above and beyond as far as his size is concerned.

Samson is a Maine Coon cat. It is true that these cats are known for their large size but Samson is absolutely the biggest cat I’ve ever seen. In fact, his size may even take you by surprise!

bro, do you even lift cats?

Most cats weigh anywhere from 2 to 10 pounds but Samson is 28 pounds and he is 4 feet long! He has been living in a small apartment in New York City since 2013 but don’t be worried about space, his owner says he always finds a way to stretch out.

His owner says that he can be somewhat tough but he is usually a soft cookie. He enjoys wrestling, cuddling and going for rides around town in his green stroller. Typically, he will have his picture taken multiple times while he is on his walk.

How many cans of cat food does your cat eat every day? Samson eats 6 cans of wet food daily and uses 4 pounds of litter every week. He gets groomed every month by a groomer who calls him a “gentle giant.”

Samson also has his own Instagram account and has over 58,000 followers.

According to Manhattan veterinarian, Dr. Lisa Lippman, he is the largest feline, including what she calls being the biggest cat in New York City.

As of now, he does not have any challengers to his title.
