When Christian the Lion was still a cub, he was legally purchased by Australians John Rendall and Anthony “Ace” Bourke in London, England back in 1969.
But because of his fast growing and increasing costs, Christian’s owners decided to re-introduce him back to the wild in Kenya.
In early 197os, they visited Christian despite having doubts that the wild lion will remember them.
