There are many things that we may appreciate about our dogs but one that is common among many canines is the fact that they provide us with comfort. Admittedly, they are full of love and they certainly can be a source of amusement, but when we’re having a bad day, there’s nothing quite like having a dog by your side.
One of the most amazing things about the comfort dogs provide is the fact that they don’t expect anything in return. We do what we can to make them comfortable and to ensure that they are as healthy as possible, but even if we didn’t, they would still provide us with comfort at all times. That is something that the people working at this pet motel came to appreciate.
When they went to check on puppies in the evening, they had a rather interesting surprise. They took a look at the security cameras and it really confirmed what they had already believed. Maggie, who is an older Golden retriever, got out of her kennel to go over to the puppies and comfort them. Workers went straight to the kennel and put Maggie with the puppies. She stayed the night with them.
