A German shepherd named Buddy is being hailed as a hero dog after it led the police to its owner’s burning house. The heroic act was recorded on the video below.
Buddy and his owners, Ben Heinrichs, along with his parents, live in Caswell Lakes, Alaska. One snowy night, a heater ignited chemicals inside their workshop that caused fire.
Alaskan State Trooper Terrence Shanigan responded to the call, but his GPS failed and he got lost on the road.
This was when Buddy appeared and led the police to the scene.
