Carlos Santana Talks Up Adele’s Singing And Then Totally Destroys Beyoncé

There are many famous people who have a faithful following and one of those individuals is Beyoncé. In fact, the people who follow Beyoncé are known as the Beyhive and they have become quite stirred up over the recent statements made by Carlos Santana. You may just wonder what he was thinking when he said it as well.

It started when Adele won the Grammy for album of the year and Carlos Santana had something to say about it. He made the statement that she was a “singer, singer” and that is why she won the award. On the other hand, he said that Beyoncé is “a beautiful to look at,” but in the end, she is more of a model.

“I think that Adele won because she can sing, sing,” Santana told AAP. “With all respect to our sister Beyoncé, Beyoncé is very beautiful to look at and it’s more like modeling kind of music – music to model a dress – she’s not a singer, singer, with all respect to her.”

He went on to say, “Adele can sing, sing. She doesn’t bring all the dancers and props, she can just stand there and she just stood there and sang the song and that’s it, and this is why she wins.”

You have to wonder if Carlos Santana has ever even heard Beyoncé sing. It doesn’t matter what you think about her performance style, she does have an incredible singing voice.

It’s interesting to remember that Beyoncé actually performed with Santana at the 2003 Super Bowl.

When you get right down to it, both Adele and Beyoncé are quite talented. They are different as far as their style and performance is concerned, but Santana may have gone too far. When you look at the comments from twitter, you see that he certainly did push a few buttons.
