The world has been seen through the lens of a camera for many years. Until recently, however, it was largely seen in black and white but recent technology has allowed those old black and white photos to be seen in living color.
You will likely be familiar with many of the photographs that are shown on this page. Take a close look at them and the detail that is shown. It allows you to see things in a different light and to recognize these pieces of history as being more than just a simple photograph located in an obscure archive.
