When we stop to take a look back at 2016, we may find that we are not looking at it very fondly. In fact, many people managed to lose their faith in humanity during the year because of the events that took place. Some of those events may have touched them personally but in many cases, it was something that was shown to them on the news. It’s quite amazing how something that happens thousands of miles away from us can impact us so deeply.
Something to keep in mind, however, is that you only really hear the bad news when you watch the news or read it online. Bad news sells, and those companies are interested in gaining advertising revenue, not in making you feel good. When you take a look at some of the things that did happen in 2016, you will get that warm feeling you want and it will restore your faith in humanity again.
