We all have basic needs that we need to care for throughout our lives. On a most basic level, we need food, clothing and shelter but many people need something else to get by from one day to the next. For example, most people feel that relaxing while sitting in front of the TV, eating some potato chips is perfect for anything but what are you really gaining?
