There is been a trend recently toward downsizing, but some people tend to take it to the extreme and live in very tiny homes. That is the case with this home, which was built by Foy and Louisa Brown in North Haven, Maine. When they first started the project, they had no idea that it would turn out this fantastic and were thinking it would just be a nice property to rent out.
After they saw everything finished, however, they decided they would keep the property for themselves. After all, if there were any problems with the property, it could pose some interesting issues with insurance since it was located right in the middle of the water.
Although the home is only 240 sq. ft., they they have a view that is worth at least $1 million. Below you will take a tour of the home and see exactly what is possible when you enjoy little living.
