Below is the Under Armour commercial “I Will What I Want,” featuring Misty Copeland. She is the second African American soloist for the American Ballet Theater.
On the video, a young girl reads a letter telling to a 13-year old girl that her application for ballet has been denied because she has the wrong body, and she is too old to be considered.
The letter describes Misty’s story and physical appearance. But when she started to dance, she showed a perfect sample of how a good ballet dancer should perform.
