Employees Are Caught On Video Singing And Dancing To Stop A Crying Toddler

If there is one thing all of us want from a store, regardless of where the store happens to be, it’s good service. Sometimes, however, we see a store go above and beyond when it comes to the service that they provide. That is sometimes the case in a specific location, and we see people who love their jobs so much they are willing to give that additional service to their customers.

One of the employees at Trader Joe’s, Tori Alexander, is somebody who loves their job in such a way. She gets to know the people who regularly come into the store, regardless of whether they work there or are shopping there. She was running the cash register one day when a little toddler, Julian, decided he had had enough shopping. She didn’t ignore the child, she did what she could to cheer him up.

As Julian was crying in the shopping cart, Tori stopped working at the register and began singing. “We say we love, Ju! We say we love, Ju!” She was also dancing and singing the energetic song when two of her coworkers were asked to come over and join in. They were dancing along to the beat and one of them even did the robot.

The distraction worked wonders and it wasn’t long before Julian was finished crying and was now staring at what was taking place in front of him. I have to admit, it would be difficult to continue to cry when you were being serenaded by two men who were dancing in front of you.

Julian’s mother took a 14 second video and uploaded it to the Internet.

“IF THERE IS A CRYING CHILD CALL 1-800 Tori the cry stopper!” Tori wrote when she uploaded the video. “I’m extremely thankful for my coworkers,” she added. “They jumped in and helped me entertain him, which also made the experience even more extraordinary!!”

This is a great way for people to handle their jobs. When a consumer walks into a store, they typically just expect to do their shopping and leave. This little tyke got more than what he bargained for.
