They say that you can’t judge a book by it’s cover, and I would say that is a fairly accurate statement. You may have never given it much thought before but when you see this charming tiny home, you will also come to appreciate the truthfulness of that statement.
It doesn’t matter how you look at this home, it is going to show you it’s charm in amazing ways. From the copper paneled doors to the front porch (complete with breakfast bar), it doesn’t seem to be missing a thing.
This creation if by Kim Lewis Designs. The enjoyed traveling and living in small places but they also wanted to have room for their 2 dogs and for lots of entertaining. Those are factors that needed to be worked into the design. What they ended up with is a 370 square foot home that has everything a couple could need.
They played with everything along the way, from nooks to colors and even the building materials. They wanted to make sure it was exactly what was needed for them and for any of their clients as well.
You just have to see it to believe it:
Dog beds are built into the outdoor patio
The rooms flow into the patio nicely
Color makes everything feel eclectic
Check out the vintage surfboard table
White and black carry the feel throughout the home
Floating shelves and leather belts give it a nice touch
The copper panels are very cool
The open floor plan uses space wisely
Small space but it includes a walk-in closet and a laundry
This map pinpoints their travels
